REGISTRATION CHECK-IN<\/strong><\/em><\/h1>\n
    \n
  • 1:15\u20132:30 p.m.: Check in at Cordt\u2019s PE Center in the main gymnasium on the first day of your camp session.<\/li>\n
  • After campers have checked in at all of the stations in the PE Center, they can then move to either Westminster or Frederick Halls, where they will find their rooms. (Campers with RED KEYS will stay in Westminster Hall. Campers with WHITE KEYS will stay in Frederick Hall.)<\/li>\n
  • 3 p.m.: Opening Camp Meeting at Cordt\u2019s PE Center Main Gymnasium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    LATE ARRIVALS<\/strong><\/em><\/h1>\n
      \n
    • 3:30\u20135:00 p.m.: Campers who arrive late can check in at the camp office in the basement lobby of Cordt\u2019s PE Center.<\/li>\n
    • After 5:00 p.m.: Campers are to check in at the Lane Center Information Desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      DEPARTURE INFORMATION<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Camp is located at Frostburg State University: 101 Braddock Road, Frostburg, MD 21532<\/li>\n
      • Early Dismissal \u2013 9:00 am \u2013 11:30 am\n
          \n
        • The parent is to meet their child at our camp office in the basement lobby of Cordt\u2019s PE Center.<\/li>\n
        • Check out with the camp office<\/li>\n
        • Camper and Parent head to the dorm to move items out.<\/li>\n
        • Drop your key at the Lane Center Info Desk.<\/li>\n
        • Camper heads home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • THERE IS NOT A CHECK-OUT PERIOD BETWEEN 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.<\/li>\n
          • 2:45 p.m:\u00a0<\/b>Awards Ceremony in BobCat Arena (Parents Welcome)<\/li>\n
          • 3:30 p.m.<\/b>\u00a0 Campers Check out at the dorms\n
              \n
            • Campers pack up and move out of the dorms.<\/li>\n
            • Campers meet their coaches in front of Westminster or Frederick to:\n
                \n
              • return their key or $25 lost key fee<\/li>\n
              • pick up their report card and camp t-shirt<\/li>\n
              • head home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Parents are welcome to grab their camper\u2019s key throughout the day and pack up and move out of the rooms. Just remember to give your camper their key back so that they can turn it into their coach at 3:30 in front of the dorms<\/li>\n
              • Keys:\u00a0Campers will be charged for any lost keys or keys that are not turned in. It is a $25.00 fee.<\/li>\n
              • Medication Check-Out:<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Medications can be picked up from the Athletic Training Room in the basement lobby of Cordt\u2019s PE Center from 9:00 am to 2:45 pm.<\/li>\n
                • Starting at 3:00 pm medications can be picked up in front of Frederick Hall.<\/li>\n
                • If the camper is riding the bus, the monitor will hand them their medication as they get off the bus at their specific spot.<\/li>\n
                • Please make sure to ask your camper about their medication before you leave campus or the bus departs the stop.\u00a0We will not mail any medication home and all leftovers will be discarded.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Bus Riders:\u00a0<\/b>\n
                    \n
                  • Bus riders are to return to the dorms after the awards ceremony, move their items out of the dorm, and turn their key to their coach in front of Westminster Hall or Frederick Hall.<\/li>\n
                  • They are to report to the bus by 4:15.\u00a0 The bus will depart Frostburg State University at 5:00 PM<\/li>\n
                  • Arrival Time for<\/li>\n
                  • Arrival Time for All Day Medical Care Lot\/ I270 Exit 11 is 7:15 PM<\/li>\n
                  • Arrival Time for\u00a0Tyson\u2019s Corner Mall\/ Nordstroms Lot G is 7:40 PM<\/li>\n
                  • Arrival Time for Dulles Airport\/Baggage Claim #4, Door #7 is 8:15 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
