Transportation, Bridge Sessions, Care Packages\/Merchandise, and Third Person Room Fees\u00a0are non-refundable fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n If there is an injury before camp, a medical credit, minus an $80.00 per-session registered processing fee,\u00a0will be issued for the events between August 1, 2026, and August 1, 2027, with a note from the diagnosing physician. A doctor\u2019s note must be submitted before the start of camp.
