{"id":1112,"date":"2014-08-13T02:21:19","date_gmt":"2014-08-13T02:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coachwootten.com\/site\/?page_id=1112"},"modified":"2025-10-13T16:17:29","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T20:17:29","slug":"coaches-info","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/coachwootten.com\/site\/tournaments\/fall-classic\/coaches-info\/","title":{"rendered":"Coaches Info"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for registering to participate in our 2025 Fall Classic.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament will be held at:<\/p>\n<div>St. James: Sports, Wellness, and Entertainment Center<\/div>\n<div>6805 Industrial Road<\/div>\n<div>Springfield, Virginia 22151<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Team Check-In:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coaches are to check in for the tournament 20 minutes before game time to pick up coaches&#8217; bands.\u00a0 Please note bands must be worn on the wrist of the coach or team parent for the entirety of the weekend.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3 Bands for the coaching staff.<\/span> (Additional coaches\u2019 bands can be purchased at check-in) Please note the Team Manager, spouses, children will be included in the 3 given bands.<\/li>\n<li>Team Members must be in their uniform to enter.<\/li>\n<li>Please have your team at the assigned court <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> before game time. Games will start 5 minutes after the end of the previous game. There will not be a grace period for games to start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Rules:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>14-minute halves with a stopped clock<\/li>\n<li>20-point margin \u2013 the clock will run continuously<\/li>\n<li>+\/-20-point differential to break ties after head-to-head<\/li>\n<li>3-minute warm-up.<\/li>\n<li>2-minute Half Time<\/li>\n<li>(3) 30 Second\u00a0timeouts per game<\/li>\n<li>2-minute overtime period with a stopped clock<\/li>\n<li>There will not be a grace period for games to start.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Home team is listed first on the schedule.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The home team is responsible for the book.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The visiting team is responsible for the clock.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Bonus\u00a0on the 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Team Foul.<\/li>\n<li>All participants (players, coaches, and spectators) are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>General Admission:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Admission Bands will be sold at the door and\/or pre-ordered by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simpletix.com\/e\/2024-coach-woottens-fall-classic-tickets-180667\">clicking here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Admission Bands are to be worn on the wrist. Bands are non-transferable or shared between individuals. Bands can be purchased with cash or a credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover). <strong><em>An individual will not be permitted reentry if a band is torn, ripped, or not worn on the wrist.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Admission Prices:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Day Pass \u2013 $20 (ages 10 &#8211; 65)<\/li>\n<li>Senior Day Pass &#8211; $15 (ages 66 and older)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Thank you again for participating in this weekend\u2019s tournament.
