The small group training series tuition is non-refundable per session. If there is an injury prior to the start of the training series or sessions, a medical refund minus a $10.00 per session processing fee will be issued only if a note from diagnosing physician is submitted 7 day prior to the start of sessions.
If an emergency or injury takes place within 7 days to the start of session, you must notify us immediately of your need to withdraw from the series and a note must be issued within 48 hours to the start of camp. The note must be issued by the diagnosing physician.
