Coach Wootten’s Basketball Camp reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
REFUNDS
Coach Wootten’s Basketball offers only Medical Credit with the submission of a doctor’s note 7 days prior to the start of the scheduled event date. Coach Wootten’s Basketball Camp reserves the right to assess processing and finance fees.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Coach Wootten’s Basketball Camp Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the states of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Coach Wootten’s Basketball Camp.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
