We are excited that we will be able to have camp this summer and work with the State of MD and the National Youth Camp Advisory Council to have a great and safe summer.
Campers/ Staff need to submit the following items:
A current copy of immunization records
A copy of your COVID-19 vaccine card 0r proof of a negative COVID -19 test administer no more than 5 days (PCR) or less than 24 hours (Rapid) prior to attending camp
Campers and staff will be required to partake in daily screenings and temperature checks.
Campers will have the option to request a single room.
FSU has implemented a COVID cleaning policy for the students, faculty, and staff that have been on campus this year and will continue this process throughout our stay on campus.
We are allowed to operate at 50% capacity at this time. If this number is increased we will open additional spots.
Our teams are already at 10 campers and will remain at that numbers
Campers and staff will be reminded and encouraged to wash their hands regularly. Hand Sanitizing stations will be available for all individuals to use at will.
FSU dining services has implemented a COVID cleaning policy, meal prep, and meal service for the students, faculty, and staff that have been on campus this year and will continue this process throughout our stay on campus.
Campers and Staff are required to wear masks.
Campers will be permitted to remove the masks when they are in physical activity.
Campers/Staff will not be required to wear their mask in their personal dorm room.
Only one family member will be allowed to drop off or pick up the camper. Carpool is strongly encouraged if you are coming with friends. Only one adult per group will be permitted to drop off and pick up.
Unfortunately, this year will not be allowing guest or observers on campus during the camp week. Please help up to keep campers safe by adhering to this policy. We look forward to being able to allow visitors and guests again soon.
